“Spore is Finished”
Or so the first words of the first hands on review of Spore starts off. Most of the review is things we’ve already heard elsewhere — except this time they’re being echoed by a real player. To me, that’s pretty important — because he runs into things that you wouldn’t think of normally (holy crap… what do I evolve on my player first?). The most interesting part of the review for me is the speed at which it goes through. I’m assuming he was only given an hour, maybe two to play with the game — and during that time he completely blew past the cell stage and was on to land. I wonder if they had sped up his DNA point accumulation or if that’s the real speed of the game.
A release date?
It’s at this time that we start to think again about Spore’s release date. Oh, yes — everyone’s favorite statement around here. For what it’s worth, I think opening up the game to 3rd parties is EA’s proof that they are in fact done with the game. I’m thinking within the first few weeks of QA (Quality Assurance) testing, they should be able to get a good handle on when they can ship this thing. Here’s hoping to a strong release date soon!

FINALLY!… well that was for it being completed, but also finally some news about Spore! This just made my day, and im happy I got to see a larger glimpse of the game, i.e. ships, tribes fighting, and it looked like they changed alot of the game as well if you look closer. I’d say alot more, but quite frankly im so surprised I dont know what to say!

Well, in my opinion I’m not too sure that it could be released in the Christmas period (or could it?). Just because that I think they still have some bugs too fix out. Don’t get me wrong I want the game as soon as possible but I would prefer a non- buggy game then a game where it’s bug city. So… Not trying to be negative but just don’t give ya hopes up. :D.
p.s I want Spore too come out tommorow ;)

Oh yeah I forgot something. Can you make like a Union in Spore. For example the European Union where all the countries are in a union because I wanted to make one and it would be cool to have like a Solar System Union or a Galatic Union and make flags or currency AND heres the best part. You know Starwars? Where they have that big Senate? They could have that! Then you could talk about trades and imports or exports and dimplomacies and if another planet wanted to join it would be like a transmission. ( We would like to join the ******** Union. Would please accept this note or something arather.) Hehe that would be awesome.

Capin, the game shouldn’t be anymore expensive then any other new computer game so $50 is most likely the amount it will cost.

Found out its coming out in march. Not sure if this is accurate or if it’ll be delayed again but that’s what gamestop says. ^_^ bout time too… i’ve wanted this game ever since i saw it in game informer in 2006

Well let me just put it this way they have been making this game for THREE OR MORE YEARS, for all of you who didn’t know this i have been loyal since the day it was put in ads, most likely none of you knew that, anywho THREE YEARS! THREE! OR MORE! MORE!hehehe. Anywho again they had the bugs fixed a long time ago so they had plenty of bugs fixed a LOOOOOONG time ago. And that is my point.
